Island Lake Cottage
Lake Winnipesaukee, NH
A remote island with 360-degree lake views is the setting for this rebuilt cottage, boat house and bunkhouse site located on Little Mark Island on Lake Winnipesaukee, New Hampshire. After falling to disrepair, the original modest 1,700 square foot cottage was rebuilt in-kind keeping its true camp-style charm.

In addition to the Cottage residence, the site showcases a bunk house that maintains the site’s sewage disposal and a boat house. The three buildings occupy the site as they once did many years ago.
